1. Do you ship internationally?
Yes! Shipping for all orders over USD$250 are free through our courier, DHL. We deliver to all countries listed here. Delivery takes around 4-7 business days from when your item is ready to ship, depending on the country. Time in transit is 4-7 business days. Additional fees apply for orders over $5000.
Please make sure to read the detail list here before placing your order. Duties and taxes are not included in the shipping price and vary from country to country. The best way to calculate the costs is by contacting your local carrier office.
2. How do I figure out my ring size?
If you do not know your ring size, we highly recommend having your finger sized by a local jeweler and asking for your US ring size. You can also try this website and this pdf.
3. How do I figure out my ring size for first knuckle rings?
First knuckles are really tricky! A lot depends on the shape of your fingers and knuckles. If you are generally a medium, a medium should fit one of your fingers, a small should fit one of the fingers of a small hand, etc. Keep in mind that it is entirely dependent on the shape of your fingers and which finger you are going to wear it on.
4. What are your shipping costs?
Please see our shipping costs here. We offer free shipping for orders over USD $250. All domestic and international orders are through our courier, DHL.
5. If I pay for Expedited shipping, will I get my item in 1-2 days?
Paying for Expedited Shipping does not guarantee that you will get your item in two days. Your order will take a shorter transit time but the period is dependent on destination. If you need something by a certain date, please contact us and we will do our absolute best to make it so.
6. How long do I have to cancel an order?
If you need to cancel an order you must email us within 4 hours of when you place your order. If you are unsure if something is a final sale, please email us.
7. How do I know if something is returnable?
All items are returnable providing that the merchandise in their original packaging with the labels still attached. The return period is 10 days within the receipt of the merchandise. If you need to exchange for another size you only pay for shipping. (Or a local jeweler can often resize rings for you.)
8. Do you take phone orders?
Yes, we do take phone orders. Please contact us through the number provided on the website.
9. How do I make a return on my order?
Please fill out the returns form, which can be downloaded here and follow the instructions on the page. Please allow at least 7 days for your return to be processed and we will issue a refund back to your original form of payment. We will notify you through email when your return has reached us.

10. Do you require signature on delivery?
We require signature on delivery for items over USD$500. If you need us to make an exception to this, please inform us at the last stage of the Checkout process when placing your order. We reserve the right to require signatures for certain orders.
